Trilogy Sports & Fitness, Inc was established in the fall of 2001 for the purpose of helping individuals reach optimal levels of health. After witnessing my mother's death due to cancer in 2002, and visiting my father in a rehabilitation center to be treated after his third heart attack, I decided that I was going to live healthier. I wanted to help those in my circle of influence, especially those who hurt from the same pain, live better as well. We believe that the mind, body, and spirit is directly intertwined with one’s overall level of health. By fulfilling the basic needs of these three very essences of life, one can began to strive towards the true healthy potential that lies within us all.
Trilogy Sports & Fitness, Inc strives to help every individual, whether athletically or personally, reach their individual optimal level of health. In fact, each training program is individualized so that each unique situation can be built on personal strengths and weaknesses. These programs are customized in such a way that a wide variety of training techniques are addressed. Resistance training, cardiovascular routines, single and group aerobics, isometrics, core-body enhancement, and strength training are among the different program combinations that may appear in an individualized program. Overall, our goal is to enhance athletic performance, personal fitness levels, nutritional intake, and one’s approach to maximizing inner potential!
